Help - Connect to Your Office From Home

Follow these steps to connect to your office from home:

  1. Launch Conexme on your office computer, login and bind to a location (e.g. Office).
  2. Leave Conexme up and running at the office and go to your computer at home.
  3. Launch Conexme on your home computer, login and bind to a location (e.g. Home).
  4. Test your firewall through the Firewall test in the Menu.
  5. Go to the contact list at the far right of the application.
  6. Expand the My locations heading at the top of the contact list by clicking the plus symbol next to it.
  7. Click the folder with a magnifying glass icon next to your Office location.

Note 1: Your office computer must be logged into and running Conexme to connect to it.
Note 2: Only one computer (your home or your office) needs to pass the Firewall test to successfully connect.
