You can download both files and folders with Conexme. Follow these steps to download files and folders:

1. Browse to the files or folders you wish to download.
2. Click the green down arrow at the top left of the file or folder to begin downloading it.
3. Or, you can select multiple files or folders, right click, and click the Download button.
4. Switch to the Transfers tab to get more information about the download.

Note: The first download at a location will require you to set a default download directory. The default download directory can be changed in Settings > Transfer from the Menu.
